increase motivation,suprising tips ,

             Motivate Yourself and Others

Dream Big. Learn More. Find Fun things to do and think about. Be kind to yourself and others. Apply the methods in the article to your own life.

1. Educate yourself.
Know that the same human brain that dumps adrenaline has the same to potential to dump happy hormones such as serotonin, endorphins, and dopamine.
2. Be truthful.
Draw into the truth of the actual experience, not your creative stories about how dreadful it is. When you wash the dishes, feel the warm water. See the suds. Smell the dish soap. Pick up a cup and plate. Lift the cup into the drain board

3. Tell yourself that you’re going to have a fresh start

Here are the 5 simple steps:

1. At the end of each workday, write down the six most important things you need to accomplish tomorrow. Do not write down more than six tasks.

2. Order those six tasks by importance

3. The next day, concentrate only on the first task. Don‘t move to the second task until you finished the first one.

4. Repeat the process throughout the day. When the day is over, move unfinished items to a new list of six tasks for the next day.

5. Rinse and repeat.

  • Ask for help if you need it. Sometimes you might find yourself procrastinating because you’ve encountered a difficulty, such as a hard task or a lack of resources. When this happens, ask for help! Everyone needs help sometimes.

  • Take control over your own schedule. People and other responsibilities will demand parts of your time. It’s up to you to balance your schedule to ensure that you have time for everything

  • Avoid overthinking about your work and goals. Thinking too much can actually be counterproductive for two reasons. First, it keeps you in your head, preventing you from taking action. Second, it results in you thinking up possible problems that will likely never come to pass

  • Spend time working on your goal every day. When you’re actively working toward your goal

  • Do something you enjoy every day. Even working toward something you love can feel overwhelming, so take time for yourself. Spend at least a few minutes everyday treating yourself to something you love

  • Track your progress. Seeing how far you’ve come can be a huge motivator! Keep track of all of your accomplishments, both great and small.

  • Create an action plan for your goals. You can create an overall plan to reach your big goal, or you can narrow it down to your small goals.

  • Connect with others who share your goals. Make friends who are on a similar journey as you, or join a group for like-minded individuals. They can be awesome motivators to stay on track, and they may even have useful advice for times when you’re struggling.

Use positive self-talk. Everyone has an internal voice, and it’s not always friendly. Turning that voice toward the positive, however, can change your life for the better.

Stay positive

Nobody likes having a conversation about how poorly they've done. It's true that expecting nothing but rainbows and sunshine all day every day is a bit unrealistic, but even those of us with "thick skin" have a tolerance threshold for negativity.

Take regular breaks

You can't expect to maintain workplace motivation when everyone's burned out — that's why it's so important to take regular breaks.

have a clear goal

You say you have a clear goal, but if you're struggling to get motivated to achieve it, then it may not be very clear.

 Plan each day
Before going to bed, spend 15 minutes for creating a to-do list. You should write down goals and priorities for the next day there. You may also draw a little star, for example, next to tasks that need to be done.

Argentina manage to stay in 2018 FIFA World Cup!! Predicted Teams, World Cup , Kick-off times ,Team News

                   Argentina World Cup permutation

                                        2018 FIFA World Cup

Mostly because they wanted to. A bit because Nigeria were complacent. You saw Messi sliding into tackles towards the end. If you can inspire Messi to do that, you know you’re doing things right as a team. It was passion personified. Mascherano, for me, is the real hero of the night. I’ll explain why later.

Tonight, Argentina didn’t win because of their offensive work. They won because of their defence. Literally everyone in that backline is short. Despite that, they won most headers. Tenacity, they had that. Banega was their best attacking player overall. But, when it comes to a particular individual moment, no one shone brighter than Messi. If it was pressure that hurt Nigeria, I credit Messi’s goal for it. The goalkeeper took the right decisions the entire game.

Coming to the penalty, Mascherano had his arm around a player. He did grip the player strongly. Although that is foolish, no one can say he pulled the player down. There was no visible tension in his forearm muscles. Nevertheless it was given and the Nigerians converted it coolly.

When I say Nigeria were complacent, it was only at the time Messi scored. If you are a central defender and you let Messi win a long ball despite being on the correct side, you really need to question your position in the NT. Also, what was the LB doing? When there is no other player pushing up, you better back up your CB. This was one important moment in the match. Despite how it might have looked, Nigeria weren’t complacent the rest of the night as evidenced by Argentina struggling to create chances. Argentina were very good at winning the ball back even if they weren’t very good at keeping it. When you have less than 40% possession and Argentina aren’t giving you many openings, you have to try to be efficient. There were two or three clear cut one-on-one chances. One was a fantastic save. These were also some important moments.

Nigeria were overwhelmed by the sheer guile and determination Argentina showed. Argentina were quite good in the first half actually.. That’s how you deal with pressure.

Either I or you simply cannot fathom how many things had to go right for Argentina to score that second goal. Mercado , who was easily the worst player tonight, delivered an inch perfect cross and the one who scored was a centre-back. Three Nigerian defenders followed Aguero who made an early run and left space for Rojo.

You could make a small argument about Argentina making things a little harder for themselves given how Higuain and Di Maria missed golden chances though.

Coming to Mascherano, like I said, he intercepted countless balls that could have resulted in a goal. He won headers despite being short. He made sure the midfield and defense didn’t lose their energy. He led by example and he led with his mouth. Hats off to the little chief, to the best player tonight.

So there you go, those were the defining moments and how Nigeria lost.

how to score good grades easily and score 100/100

How to score good grades at school/college level

These are the easiest and the simplest ways to get good marks at school level very easily and score 100/100 in math.

These are some tips to get better score

  • Do not stay awake for a long time, the night before the exam.
  • Read your school books and refer to more than one book for accuracy.
  • Do your homework. You can do homework due tomorrow today and do the ones due next week tomorrow.

  • Don’t waste your time on computer games or anything else that would waste your precious time.
  • If you are not optimistic and energetic, you will not do your best in your exam. You will get fewer marks than you are capable of.

  • Gather all your needed stuff (pen, hall ticket, etc..) before sleeping in the day just before the exam.
  • Concentrate in the exam and relax.

  • Study in phases. Each phase should not exceed 40 minutes in time. Take a break after each phase (up to 20 minutes).
  • Studying while having something in mind that you want to do is a waste of time.

  • There is no shortcut to success. This is the first thing you should remember. For this reason, you have to make a great deal of effort.

  • Each subject has a unique way of preparing, studying and answering its questions.
  • Get rid of any unnecessary ‘time wasting mechanisms’ while studying. This includes TV, computer (only if you need Internet access), mobile phones, tablet, or even your younger brother!
  • Make notes while studying. Write a synopsis for your subject if you are studying it for the first time/ in the beginning of the school year.
  • Some studying programs like the GCSE, SAT, and IB might be expensive. Remember that your parents are the ones behind paying these amounts of money, and that your failure will cause them to pay more.
  • Make a list of all the things you need to do to study for each subject, and how long you think it will take you. Use this information to make up a study timetable.
  • When you are preparing for a test or exam- forget about the actual test or a exam and just know that what you are doing exactly.
  • Don’t be disappointed at your previous result.

SOME IMPORTANT WARNINGS :

  • Do not read in the examination hall or just before the exams. This would make you forget about the previously learnt topics.

  • Never try to CHEAT and loose confident.

  • Never help others before the completion of your own paper.

  • Never overwrite.

  • Your partner may be wrong

  • Self help is the best help.

  • It would eat up a lot of time.

Easiest ways to make belly flatter and loose weight upto 10 pound in 10 days

The top 15 easiest ways to loose weight in 10 days

1. Follow weight training.

Cardio alone won’t help you to get in shape. Doing some weight lifting will help you to achieve a toned back. After a few weeks, the contours of your muscles will be well defined, and you’ll have more energy than ever.Yoga not only works on weight loss, but it also relaxes mind, body and soul. The other exercises such as Aerobics are also helpful for losing weight fast at home.

2. Eat Probiotic Foods

Probiotics are bacteria found in some foods and supplements. They have all sorts of health benefits, including improved gut health and enhanced immune function .Researchers have found different types of bacteria play a role in weight regulation, and having the right balance can help with weight loss, including loss of belly fat.

3. Drink Water

Start your day with a glass or two of plain water. Research has proven that drinking water first thing in the morning helps jump start your metabolism and helps remove toxins from your body. Also, if you want a drink then make it water as water is a drink and has no calories. Drinking plain water also helps in controlling hunger and prevents you from eating unnecessary calories. Switch to water or green tea and feel the difference within a day.Read to know more green tea to lose weight.

4. Eat More Fiber

High-fiber foods are good for your health and weight loss. Fiber-rich foods might help boost weight loss by helping you to feel fuller after you eat. But most of us eat only about half as much fiber as we should. High-fiber foods generally require more chewing time, which gives your body time to register when you’re no longer hungry, so you’re less likely to overeat.

5. Do Push-ups/Squats

By far one of the most effective exercises to burn calories. If you don’t have enough time, patience or equipment, just get on the floor with simple push-ups and squats. Push-ups and squats require only 15 minutes of your time and the results will make it look like you have been spending some serious time sweating in the gym. Both are fantastic exercises to burn fat, tone arms and legs in no time.

6. Eat slower
You may not think this matters, but when you eat food at a fast pace this can cause air to be trapped in your system, resulting in bloating. To reduce this risk, chew your food slowly and take your time to finish your meals. This is also a great way to reduce the risk of overeating.

7. Avoid alcohol
Alcohol causes digestive issues and is often full of sugar, so can result in bloating (and the awful sluggish feeling that comes with it). If you want your stomach to be flatter by the end of the day then stay away from alcohol for today.

8. Skip dessert
If you are following a clean eating lifestyle then there’s a high chance that you already skip dessert because they are often full of sugar or artificial sweeteners; both of which are known to cause bloating. If you want a flatter stomach by the end of the day then forgo the sugary treats and swap them for some fresh fruit (perhaps some pineapple, as mentioned earlier).

9. Try a day going dairy-free

Many people suffer from food intolerances without even realising. A great way to test if you are intolerant to any foods is to remove them from your diet and monitor your symptoms; this should ideally be for a few weeks (if not more), but starting by cutting them out for one day could help to reduce your risk of bloating or discomfort later that evening.

10. Reduce Your Stress Levels
Stress can make you gain belly fat by triggering the adrenal glands to produce cortisol, also known as the "stress hormone."What's more, women who already have a large waist tend to produce more cortisol in response to stress. Increased cortisol further adds to fat gain around the middle .To help reduce belly fat, engage in pleasurable activities that relieve stress. Practicing yoga or meditation can be effective methods.

11. Do Aerobic Exercise (Cardio)
Aerobic exercise (cardio) is an effective way to improve health and burn calories.Studies also show it is one of the most effective forms of exercise for reducing belly fat. However, results are mixed regarding whether moderate-intensity or high-intensity exercise is more beneficial .Regardless of intensity, how often and how much you exercise is important. One study found postmenopausal women lost more fat from all areas when they did aerobic exercise for 300 minutes per week versus 150 minutes per week .

12. Replace Some of Your Cooking Fats With Coconut Oil
Coconut oil is one of the healthiest fats you can eat.Studies show that the medium-chain fats in coconut oil may boost metabolism and decrease the amount of fat you store in response to high calorie intake.Controlled studies suggest it may also lead to abdominal fat loss.

13. Avoid Sugar-Sweetened Beverages
Sugar-sweetened beverages are loaded with liquid fructose, which can make you gain belly fat.Studies show that sugary drinks lead to increased fat in the liver. One 10-week study showed significant abdominal fat gain in people who consumed beverages high in fructose .

14. Track Your Food Intake and Exercise
Many things can help you lose weight and belly fat, but consuming fewer calories than your body needs for weight maintenance is key .Keeping a food diary or using an online food tracker or app can help you monitor your calorie intake. This strategy has been shown to be beneficial for weight loss In addition, food-tracking tools help you see your intake of protein, carbs, fiber and micronutrients. Many also allow you to record your exercise and physical activity.

15. Change Your Lifestyle and Combine Different Methods
If you do just one of the items on this list, then it won't have a big effect on its own.If you want good results, then you need to combine different methods that have been shown to be effective.Interestingly, many of these are the same things we generally associate with healthy eating and an overall healthy lifestyle.

             2018 FIFA World Cup

The 2018 FIFA World Cup is the 21st FIFA World Cup, a quadrennial international football tournament contested by the men's national teams of the member associations of FIFA. It is currently ongoing in Russia starting from 14 June and will end with the final match on 15 July 2018.[1] The country was awarded the hosting rights on 2 December 2010.
This is the first World Cup to be held in Eastern Europe,[2] and the eleventh time that it has been held in Europe. For the first time the tournament takes place on two continents – Europe and Asia.[3] All of the stadium venues are in or just near European Russia to keep travel time manageable. At an estimated cost of over $14.2 billion, it is the most expensive World Cup ever.[4]
The final tournament involves 32 national teams, which include 31 teams determined through qualifying competitions and the automatically qualified host team. Of the 32 teams, 20 make back-to-back appearances following the last tournament in 2014, including defending champions Germany, while both Iceland and Panama make their first appearances at a FIFA World Cup. A total of 64 matches will be played in 12 venues located in 11 cities. The final will take place on 15 July at the Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow.[5]
The winners of the World Cup will qualify for the 2021 FIFA Confederations Cup.[B]

Argentina vs Croatia, Live Score, FIFA World Cup 2018: Messi and Argentina Find it Hard to Break Down Croatia

Argentina are rallying around captain Lionel Messi as the South American giants prepare for their crucial Group D clash with Croatia here on Thursday. Messi made an unhappy start to the World Cup on Saturday, missing what would have been a winning penalty as Argentina were held to a 1-1 draw by minnows Iceland.

It was a result that has renewed doubts about Argentina's ability to mount a sustained challenge at this World Cup, four years after they reached the final in Brazil. Another adverse outcome on Thursday and many may even start to consider the unthinkable -- that Argentina could be on their way out at the group stage, mirroring their shock first round exit in 2002. Legend Diego Maradona called the Iceland result a "disgrace" and warned coach Jorge Sampaoli he would not be able to return to Argentina with similar performances. Adding to the sense of disappointment, Messi's missed penalty was accompanied by 11 unsuccessful shots, the most in a World Cup game without return by a single player since Italy's Luigi Riva in 1970. Argentina's players however have been quick to close ranks around the Barcelona superstar. "We are all with him, he knows that he can count on the support of all of us more than ever," said Argentina striker Paulo Dybala. "We are here to help him every moment, and of course we will be at his side," Dybala added.

Defender Cristian Ansaldi meanwhile insisted Messi was in good spirits despite the Iceland setback. "We all know what Messi represents to our team and to our country," Ansaldi said. "Not only is he the best player in the world on the pitch, he is also best player off the field. He's in good shape and that's good for us." Despite the solitary point against Iceland, Argentina can take solace from a performance which saw them muster 26 shots and have 72 per cent possession against Iceland. Sampaoli is reportedly considering several changes for the game, including drafting in young forward Cristian Pavon for Angel Di Maria for more creativity up front. Similarly in midfield, Paris Saint-Germain's Giovani Lo Celso could start as Argentina seek more attacking options, possibly at the expense of Lucas Biglia. Their jobs would be to supply Messi and goalscorer against Iceland Sergio Aguero with the kind of service on which they would thrive in a potential 3-3-3-1 formation. Croatia may have secured a vital three points in their 2-0 win against Nigeria in their opening game, but their mood can hardly be described as euphoric.

They came into the tournament under a cloud, with captain Luka Modric charged with perjury in a corruption scandal which has rocked Croatian football. And striker Nikola Kalinic has left Russia due to a back injury, says coach Zlatko Dalic, but amid reports he refused to come on as a substitute after being left out of the starting line-up. Off-field problems for now though have not affected them and they are expected to field an unchanged team, which also includes Messi's Barcelona teammate Ivan Rakitic. The teams have met only once before in the World Cup, in 1998, when Argentina won 1-0 and were the only team that year to prevent Golden Boot winner Davor Suker from scoring. One other possible omen for Thursday; when Riva racked up his unwanted record in 1970, the Italian legend promptly scored two goals in his next match. Argentina will be hoping for the same from Messi.
